Terms of use

These terms are the agreement between you and the business that runs Cleo. By using Cleo you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Cleo.

Who can use Cleo

You need to be 18 or older to make a Cleo account. Children can use Cleo only through a login that their parent or legal guardian sets up and controls. If you set up a login for a child, you confirm you are their parent or legal guardian and you are responsible for how they use Cleo.

Your household

Using Cleo well

Please do not use Cleo to break the law, to harass or harm anyone, to send messages to a child that a parent would not want them to receive, to upload anything you do not have the right to share, or to try to get into information you are not meant to see. We may suspend an account that does these things.

Your content

What you put into Cleo stays yours. You give us permission to store it and show it to the people in your household so Cleo can work. You can download it or delete it at any time, as explained in our privacy policy.

Plans and payments

Cleo has a free plan and paid plans. The price of each plan and what it includes are shown on the Plans page. Prices are in Australian dollars.

Changes and availability

Cleo is being built and tested, so features may change. We work hard to keep Cleo running and your information safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. Please keep your own record of anything critical, such as medical appointments.

Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for loss caused by things outside our reasonable control, or by information other people add to your household.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from the home screen. We may close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why where we can.
